As many as 249 fresh cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Uttar Pradesh, taking the state’s total count to 5,175.

The maximum, 50 new cases of Covid-19, reported on Wednesday are from Barabanki district.

In Uttar Pradesh, Agra continues to be the worst-hit district with 836 Covid-19 cases recorded so far, followed by 337 in Meerut, 318 in Kanpur, 308 in Lucknow, 302 in Noida and 218 in Saharanpur district, according to the information provided by the state health department.
