NEW DELHI: Cinemas are shut everywhere, and so are schools and colleges. But schools in most cities are taking classes online. Even two months after Unlock, most cities have several restrictions in place. Of the 17 cities TOI looked at, Bengaluru is the most open, followed by Guwahati, Delhi and Gurgaon. On the other hand, Chennai is the most closed one.
