The Internet is filled with videos of wild animals. While some of them are scary, some leave us all quite stunned and sometimes debating what is wrong and what is right.
One such clip was shared by Twitter user Vineet Vashist. The clip shared by him showed a snake strangling a dear in a death grip. In the clip, it seems that the snake is about to eat the animal. However, suddenly a person approaches and tries to shoo the snake away with the help of a tree branch. The snake then tries to attack the person but does not leave the deer. The person again attacks the snake, however this time it uses a stick. After this, it leaves the deer and the animal freely runs away.
The Twitter user shared the clip with the caption, “What do you think? The man was right or wrong? (sic)” According to him, the video was from the Jim Corbett National Park.

IFS officer Susanta Nanda wrote, “When you have a choice between kindness and right, always be kind. (sic)” Take a look at his tweet:
Many are saying not to interfere with law of nature. When you have a black topped road in forest where ungulates slip & predators choose such areas, nature & it’s law is already defied. Lets be kind. Ask ur heart & a informed mind to give you kindness & help in making a choice.

Here’s what other Twitter users are saying:
Very wrong, we should NOT interfere with the ways nature or wold. It should take it’s own course. This is not kindness, this is detrimental to both the animals and interferes with their behaviour.

There is no right or wrong here.
Many times we’ve seen a hippo charging into a croc and the croc losing its prey and been appreciative of the hippo’s action.
The strong prevail under the laws of the Jungle. That human was the most powerful here.

Python may lose its life, by losing its prey. Python is not Vegetarian like deer. It has to hunt for food & survival. No predator will be alive if we keep on saving their prey.

What if the snake hasn’t eaten for months and this was it’s last chance before starving to death?

Biggest question ever.
I am happy that the deer survived. But one must not interfere with natural course of food chain.— M (@techmagic007) June 2, 2020
Look at the rage of the python! ” I earned it , who are you to snatch my food?”

Not at all right. It’s the law of nature.

tough one! always heard “don’t interfere with nature”. the snake needs to eat too.
— Hypocrite! (@hypppoocrite) June 2, 2020
If he is right then he should snatch every single bite of his food may be deers will thrive more n more but for not for ever coz ecosystem is not based on kindness. There is a cruelty behind every chain of life.
