Cricket is currently on hold due to the novel coronavirus pandemic which has brought the world to a standstill. India cricketers have been finding different ways to spend their time during the country-wide lockdown India has imposed to combat the spread of the novel coronavirus.

India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is known for his fondness for horses and on Friday, he shared a video of himself with a horse on social media. This isn’t the first time when Jadeja has shared such a photo with his followers as earlier, he had posted a picture riding one as well.

Ravindra Jadeja captioned the post, “He is ready #lalbeer #stallion”. Jadeja’s passion for horse can be seen in the video shared by him. The Indian cricketer, much like his teammates, has thanked healthcare professionals from around the country as they help fight the battle against the coronavirus pandemic.

Jadeja had shared a throwback video of himself flaunting his horse riding skills at his farm house. “My all time favourite,” Jadeja captioned the video that is being shared widely on social media. A couple of days ago, Jadeja also posted a clip of himself doing a ‘power run’ on his treadmill at home. “Running is my strength!! Perfect time to repair my body,” he had written.

In normal circumstances, Ravindra Jadeja would have played for Chennai Super Kings in the 13th edition of IPL and perhaps even battling hard in the playoffs, considering CSK’s record in IPL but right now things are different with nominal opportunity of training due to the Covid-19 pandemic. IPL 2020, which originally slated to begin from March 29, has been postponed indefinitely by the BCCI.
