Indigestion is most popular and general disease in India. In Metro cities where people goes for working to earn bread and butter. They are based on street venders for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They don’t care about quality of food and eatables. It is a main reason for indigestion. So every person is suffering Gastric and constipation. They goes to family doctors and medical stores for temporary solution. But they don’t know some spice and herbs are in Kitchen. They are true remedy for Indigestion and other related diseases. Composition:

Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi)  Ajwain is also traditionally known as a digestive aid, relieves abdominal discomfort due to indigestion and antiseptic. Amlaki (Emblica officinalis) Amla is an excellent source of Vitamin C, hence it helps boost your immunity and  metabolism. Amla also improves appetite and kindles agni (the digestive fire), which are both at the core of healthy digestion. Amla is particularly suited to clearing excess pitta from the digestive tract;

Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) Antiseptic, Antibacterial, Antioxidant and so many qualities which improves Digestion and Immune system. Haritaki consists of ingredients which are recognized to have healing properties including anticancer, antibacterial, antidiabetic and anti-oxidant properties. Haritaki is very nutritious containing essential vitamins, minerals, and proteins. It is a source of vitamin C, manganese, selenian, potassiumiron and copper. It also contains plant chemicals like – tannic acid, gallic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and behenic acid

Bahera (Terminalia Belerica)   The herb contains ß-sitosterol, gallic acid, ellagic acid, ethyl gallate, galloyl glucose and chebulagic acid. In traditional Ayurvedic medicine, Terminalia arjuna has been used to balance the three “humors”: kapha, pitta, and vata. It has also been used for asthma, bile duct disorders, scorpion stings, and poisonings. It can help the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal system relax and reduce gas, bloating, and stomach cramps.

Dhania (Coriandet Sativum) Dhaniais great source of potassium, iron, vitamins A, K, and C, folic acid,magnesium, and calcium that can heal many health issues It has eleven components of essential oils and six types of acids, including ascorbic acid or vitamin C, each having a number of beneficial properties

Pippali (Piper Longum) Pippali is useful herb for cold and mucus conditions of the lungs as it boosts vasodilatation and increases circulation to the lung. It acts as a bronchodilator, decongestant and expectorant Indian long pepper is used to improve appetite and digestion, as well as treat stomachache, heartburn, indigestion, intestinal gas, diarrhea, and cholera. It is also used for lung problems including asthma, bronchitis, and cough.

Jeerak (Cyminum Cuminum)  Multiple studies made in the last decades validate its health beneficial effects particularly in diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, respiratory disorders, inflammatory diseases, and cancer.
