The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested suspended Aam Admi Party (AAP) Councillor Tahir Hussain under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and has secured six days custodial remand from the Ld. ASG, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
Tahir Hussain has been arrested by ED in connection with ongoing PMLA investigation into his role in money laundering and funding of anti-CAA protests and organizing riots in North-East Delhi during February, 2020.
