The actor came forward to extend his support to the late actor and urge for a CBI probe in Sushant’s case. While speaking to Times Now, he spoke about Mahesh Bhatt‘s alleged involvement in the case. He praised Mahesh and said that he wants to give the filmmaker the benefit of doubt. He further added that he would do so until he is proven guilty or he himself comes out and comments on the case.
Anupam said that he often reached out to the filmmaker for advice on life. He also stated that Mahesh Bhatt does not need his support and he is a man who can fight his own battle.
