New Delhi- MP chief Min. Kamalnath again in trouble. GDA cancelled the allotment of IMT business school land. BJP Corporator Rajendra Tyagi has given complaint to UP Governor against school land dispute . This school belongs to relative of Kamalnath. Bakulnath Younger son of Kamalnath is president of governing body of school. CM kamalnath and their family members feeling heat in UP through BJP leaers and government.
MP CM Kamalnath is feeling political heat in four directions. In MP His govt. is in trouble. From day BJP is trying to disturb state government by hook and crook. BJP Sr. leaders offering to congress and BSP mla,s 50,000 with Minister birth to left congress.
IMT is famous business school in Ghazibad, As per information that GDA has cancelled the allotment of the school. BJP corporator Rajendra tyagi told that he has given a written complaint to Governor of UP. In complaint tyagi said that land where IMT situated is not authorised by GDA. IMT management is not proper woner on this land. School has captured 54049 Gaz land unauthourised. This land belongs to another person Governor Ram Naik has written to CM for CBI enquiry this matter. CM Yogi took this matter seriously. Chy. Charan Singh university formed a four members enquiry committee This committee will investigate that why here is IMT school is running where Lala Lajpat rai degree college was proposed.
On the other hand IMT management said GDA is doing un justice with school. Perhaps school management did not paid some amount to GDA. We are waiting for notice. Mangement failed to show any payment receipt to GDA. But GDA has cancelled school land. Director IMT AK Bhattacharya said we are going to court for this matter. GDA did not serve school any notice for rest amount after 1994.
