Malaika Arora is one of the fittest celebs in B-Town. The diva always manages to inspire us to stay fit by sharing her workout routine.

The star recently started a challenge where she has been posting new pictures of herself doing a yoga pose with perfection. She announced that she will be sharing an asana every day as a countdown to the International Yoga Day. She also shares the steps to do the yoga pose with her fans to help them nail it easily at their homes.

Today, Malaika posted another asana called the Vrikshasana or the tree pose with her followers. Take a look:

Malaika captined the post, “Hey guys, I hope you all are enjoying the #14Days14Asanas challenge because I sp am! Keep those gorgeous pictures rolling in and do not forget to tag me #14Days14Asanas. Today’s challenge is Vrikshasana or the Tree Pose.”

Sharing the steps for doing the asana, Malaika wrote, “Stand erect with the soles of your feet flat on the ground. Fold the right leg and place the sole on the inner thigh of your left leg, with your toes pointing downwards.The right leg should be perpendicular to the left leg. Fix your gaze and slowly extend your arms upwards, in a namaskar position. Repeat on the other side. (sic)”

She added, “This is an easy but a fundamental one, now let’s see you guys do it!”

The past few days, Malaika has shared other yoga poses with her followers. The two asanas that she shared were called Sarvangasana and Halasana. See the posts below:
